As I sit here looking through recital pictures in all our posts and from families, my heart is overwhelmed and full of such pride.
The dances were beautiful, the costumes looked incredible and the smiles were bright.
But that's not what I'll remember most.
I'll remember the little dancer who was scared and found his courage.
I'll remember the older dancer helping a younger one backstage.
I'll remember the hugs, the tears, the laughter, the proud smiles, and the friendships that filled every corner of the theater.
For a few hours, the audience sees a performance. What I see is a year's worth of hard work, growth, resilience, trust, and love.
I see children becoming confident young people.
I see families who have trusted us with their most precious gifts.
I see a staff that pours their hearts into every child who walks through our doors.
And I see a dance family that has become something so much bigger than a dance studio.
32 seasons later, I still find myself tearing up at the end of every recital because I know these moments are special. They are the moments that become memories, and the memories that stay with us forever.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your children's dance journey. What a privilege it is.
Cheers to upcoming Season 33!
