Excited to announce the 1st Oly Weightlifting seminar of our 4 part series on 2/17/24 from 11:30am-2:30pm. The Coaches of .8.athletics want to share our comprehensive knowledge of the Olympic lifts to help you build confidence in weightlifting. This is open to athletes and coaches of all experience levels and capabilities. Gym and school coaches don’t really have the time or expertise to focus on these skills, so we’ve decided to offer this service to the community we serve. No fee for Unlimited members, $25 for anyone else.
