Using kettlebells, we hit heart pumping cardio as well strength training in our lower, upper body and core to lean and tone and we do it all to amazing music!

As a mom of 4, I know how hard it can be to find time for fitness. Somedays between work, practices, homework, appointments, dinner and bedtime time can slowly slip away before you even realize you've forgotten to find time for yourself.

With this struggle in mind I have created 2 lunchtime opportunities during the month of September to help you find that time to focus on you! You don't even have to leave the house to participate.

☝You can join in my 8 week Fight & Flow small group that meets Wednesdays and Fridays from 12-1245 pm est. This group offers accountability, progressive workouts, a small community of new fit friends, and a dedicated time for you for put on you calendar.
OR
✌Pop in for my virtual Lunchbreak Burn( Kickboxing Tabata) class at 12pm in Thursdays.

September is going to be amazing.
This is our transition month between summer and fall. As we begin to move into colder months it's important to have a plan in place to keep yourself active and moving.

Here's a few options for September:
👉Hurtlocker Outdoor Bootcamps. $10 per class.
September 1st
September 15th
September 29th
Avon Washington Township Park @ 615 pm est.
👉8 Week VIRTUAL small group session starting 9/8.
Fight & Flow: Progressive mixed martial arts combos focusing on techinique and form with HIIT spikes for increased heart rate. Partnered with althetic flexibility, mobility and stretching work.
45 minutes
Meeting Wednesday/ Fridays at 12p-1245 est

👉Virtual Zoom Classes: $ 10 per session (possible in person options)
💥Wednesdays @ 6 am est: L1FT and Kick-
30 minutes of endurance strength training followed by 15 minutes of calorie torching cardio kickboxing.
💥Thursdays 12-1230 est: Lunchbreak Burn: Kickboxing Tabata

In person:
📍Avon YMCA
Cardio Kickboxing:
Mondays 615 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am

📍Bodypump:
Friday September 10th @ 515am

Green leafy vegetables get a bad rep! Lets be honest, if you dont know how to prepare them, they just don't hit the pallette well.
We always have leafy greens in the house, but since we've been sick I have been intentional in having more!
Leafy greens are FULL of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. They are some of the healthiest foods you can have in your refrigerator!
Stay tuned. I am going to bring you two tasty recipes, that you can add to your meal prep this week!

I have been mostly stuck in bed, but it has given me a chance to create some really great content for you and catch up on some Disney Movies. Mulan is a badass!
I cannot wait to get back to 100% so I can get to filming and bring you my all new UpperBox and LowerBox workouts!!
