I promise you… the piece you’re missing is probably nutrition.
And before you say, “But I eat healthy!” I believe you!
Most people do eat some healthy foods. But eating healthy and eating in a way that supports your goals are not always the same thing.
You can work out 4-5 days a week, lift heavy, and give it your all in class, but if you’re not eating enough protein, under-fueling, overeating without realizing it, or simply lacking consistency, your results will stall.
Healthy foods don’t automatically equal the right amounts.
If you’re frustrated because you feel like you’re doing everything right and your body isn’t changing, don’t immediately blame your workouts.
The answer usually isn’t more cardio or harder workouts.
It’s nutrition.
Not restriction.
Not cutting out carbs.
Not another detox.
Just learning how to fuel your body properly for the goals you have.
Because you can’t out-train poor nutrition, and you definitely can’t build muscle on wishful thinking.
