The Training Room

The Training Room was established in 1999 to give the people of Monmouth County a no nonsense altern

The Training Room offers group strength and conditioning classes, semi-private, as well as one on one personal training for all levels of ability. The Training Room has been in business since 1999 and has always been on the forefront of fitness. Mike and Jim have over 25 years of experience in the fitness field with backgrounds and degrees in Exercise Science, Athletic Training and Sports Medicine.
