We have an expanded schedule and are proud to offer a number of diverse styles of instruction representing several different threads from the yoga lineage. The classes differ sometimes in length, in the selection of poses, and overall approach, but each is aimed to be beneficial to novice and expert alike and to strike a balance between exertion and meditation, between physical transcendence and s
piritual awakening. The Jersey Shore Hot Flow class provides a comprehensive practice designed to build solid yoga fundamentals and familiarity with a broad range of postures emphasizing each area of the body and it's internals, this class is based off the teachings of James Barkan, as well as additions from each teacher's unique experience and training with other styles of yoga. The H26 class is an excellent "classic" hot yoga class providing students with detailed instruction to master some of the most fundamental poses, to bring about a solid foundation for any yoga practice. This class is based of the US Hot Yoga pioneer Bikram Choudhury. We also offer Dharma classes drawn from the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC, Jivamukti drawn from the teachings of David Life and Sharon Gannon in NYC, and Form and Flow based in the teachings of the famous B.K.S. We have gathered a solid, experienced group of teachers with so much wisdom to share. You will benefit from practicing any and all of the styles we offer.
