Some people look at working out as another thing to check off their to-do list.

Our members don’t.

For them, it’s the best hour of the day.

It’s an hour to disconnect from work emails, the endless mental checklist, and the stress that comes with everyday life.

An hour to laugh with friends, push each other, celebrate wins, and let off some steam.

The workout is just part of it.

The real magic is walking out with a clearer mind, a stronger body, and knowing you did something today that your future self will thank you for.

SOLID Two Week. 🔥

A huge congratulations to all of our athletes who stepped onto the race floor and represented Fitness By The Sea. Whether it was your first HYROX or your fastest one yet, we’re incredibly proud of the work you put in to get there.

Now it’s time for the next challenge. 👊

Our next 12-week HYROX training cycle kicks off June 14 and is designed to prepare athletes for Fall races.

The truth is that a lot of people work incredibly hard in the gym… but without a plan, it’s easy to stay stuck in the same place month after month.

“It’s too hard.”

That’s probably the biggest lie people tell themselves before they start.

The truth? You don’t need to be fit to walk through the door. You don’t need to be fast, strong, or know what you’re doing.

You just need to be willing to start.

Case in point: Amanda is 7–8 months pregnant and still showing up, modifying when needed, and putting in the work. Not because it’s easy, but because she knows that taking care of yourself doesn’t stop when life gets busy—it matters even more.

Every workout can be adjusted. Every movement can be scaled. Every fitness journey starts somewhere.

So if you’ve been waiting until you’re “in shape” to join a gym, stop waiting.

You don’t need to be fit to start.
You start so you can become fit. 💪
