Hi everyone, just a reminder that tonight Wednesday there is a Youth class at 6:15 pm, a General class at 7:00pm virtually online. If you need the ID and password give us a call at 440 238-9390.
Also, we plan to restart classes at the Avon Lake Dojo next Wednesday May 27th.
We are excited that we will see all of our students personally again. More details about the classes and times plus the guidelines we all will follow will be sent out in the next few days. This will be done with Your Safety and Health in mind. Any questions let us know.

Everyone is enjoying these hi energy lessons and learning & improving while being in the comfort of their home!

Many students have told us that they are following the daily training schedule at home. They are Excited about earning a Big Gift of a FREE Pizza Party with up to 15 friends by completing the daily practice at home. Parties will be able to be held when it's safe to do so.

While we miss seeing students and families personally at the Dojo, it's great seeing and being with all of you with the virtual online classes. We are also doing private lessons virtually with excellent feedback. If you have not set one up yet be sure to call and do so. The personal one on one attention does wonders! Great Self-Confidence Boosters!!

Virtual Martial Arts Enrichment Program Builds Character, Reduces Stress & Anxiety While Having Fun for families whose parents are on the front lines during this Pandemic Covid-19 Outbreak.

As a “Thank You” for the tireless efforts and sacrifices Hospital Health Care Worker & First Responders make and especially during this current situation with the Covid-19 virus epidemic for everyone in the communities, Jeff Ellis’ International Karate Centers of Avon Lake & Strongsville is offering families of Hospital Health Care Worker & First Responders with school age children an exceptional Martial Arts Enrichment Program Until May 31st Absolutely Free!! Parents can participate too!

Jeff Ellis, owner of International Karate Centers has for over 45 years been providing quality Martial Arts programs to the area and also has organized numerous community events over the years including the Child Safe Community Day Fairs in Strongsville, “Empower You” Self-Defense Workshops For Women & Teenage Girls, & “Bully Proofing Your Child” Programs.

“I have heard several parents lately said Jeff Ellis, especially in the medical and first responder community express their frustration with the challenge of finding constructive and busy activities to help vent all that extra energy for their children.
