Competition Bodies Gym Mark & Linda Tomanek----Proprietors. Great little gym in Avon Lake thats been helping citizens get in shape for over 20yrs. Dumbells up to 160lbs.

Mark and Linda are great people and more concerned with people working out and getting in shape than anything else. Both Mark and Linda train student atheletes, kids wanting to shape up and adults as well. Very family friendly and fun enviroment with great customers anyone there willing to help out inexperienced lifters when and if needed. Just some of the services provided are listed below. Lots

of free weights and machines
Smith machine. Belted squat machine. Full squat rack and 2 leg press machines. Pendulum squat, hack squat. 3 leg extensions, 2 leg curls. Punching bags, jump ropes, medicine ball and few kettle weights. Treadmills, ellipticals, stairmaster and a few bikes. Wrestling room with padded walls. Full bathrooms with lockers available. Personal training available at very reasonable price from owners. Come on in and check it out. Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly rates available. Owners usually on site daily.
