Muffin Mondays!
Dee's recipe this week is Sunflower Muffins.
Options:
• Opt out of sunflower seeds on top & just have the icing.
• Or, ground sunflowers and sprinkle on top.
• Use either all white or all wheat, instead of splitting it up.
• Use either all white sugar or all brown sugar, instead of splitting it up.

Blue Moon!..... You saw me sitting alone.... (in meditation).... with an open mind & heart.... with love of my yoga practice........Blue Moon!
Blue Moon is when there are 2 full moons in one month.
Take the opportunity to do something that you haven't done in a Blue Moon.
🌕 Come back to your yoga!
🌕 Try practicing a pose you normally opt out of or is challenging, like half-moon on each side to form your full moon.
🌕 Engage in more mindfulness.
🌕 Meditate & "bathe" outdoors during the Blue Moon.
A full moon last 48hrs.
