We may not be able to teach you to be quite this fast (LOL), but we do enjoy training Thursdays from 6:30-7:30. Get back in the habit as we start the fall season!! Always glad to answer questions.

Now that we have students looking for uniforms, we searched as well to make recommendations. We recommend a 7 to 8.5 oz uniform which is light to midweight. When we started white was all that was allowed but black is definitely less revealing, so probably go with that. We only use the jacket at testing (and not always then, so if you want to save a few bucks, you could get just the pants). If you can get to Rochester or Buffalo, then Pacillo's Fitness Gear is great. Good quality, great price. The only problem is their shipping price ... it's fast but expensive. I just found and ordered from Kungfu4less.com. I was pleased with their quality, speed & price ($6.95) of shipping. On Pacillo's you will need to call, but you can see the items by clicking Martial Arts & MMA / Karate uniforms Lightweight. On Kung Fu click on All uniforms / Karate uniforms and scroll down to the Karate uniform 7 oz poly/cotton.
