Caught a couple of Hound fish this morning and lots of blue fish. We managed to stay offshore of the thunderstorms.

Had my family in town for a week of fun and fishing

Interesting day on the water Thursday with Chris Clayman and family. Started with multiple bluefish on the troll then sharks for everyone and finished with a double header Black Drum fish on a light tackle rod. Landed a 39.4 pound Drum fish.

Couple kids fishing for flounder from the July 4 week. Largest 3.1 pounds.

If it Tuesday it must be flounder day. Had the boys Tim, David and Brock Talarico, Peter Vaccaro and Matt Wagaman for a morning of flounder Released 20 kept 5 for diner.

Monday morning flounder trip with Casey Parker and friends was successful. Everybody caught fish and even had flounder for diner.

Had a group of guys from Stone Harbor out Sunday morning and caught a few flounder and a surprise legal weakfish. Best weather day, light breeze and sunny sky’s.
