They See Me Rollin’: We'll explore what it means to roll in the sagittal plane. We'll work through mill circles, hip circles, and seated rolls, breaking each one down into clear phases so you understand where support is, when to commit to rotation, and how to arrive with control. Throughout class, we'll focus on harnessing momentum rather than fighting it, using precise timing of muscle engagement to initiate, sustain, and brake each roll. Expect specific floor and bar drills, low height progressions on the hoop, and opportunities to link rolls together into short phrases that feel both safe and satisfyingly fluid.
PREREQUISITE: Comfortable with pull over to the bottom bar, maintaining a front balance
