May dump. Just a little late šŸ˜—

Last month felt like an entire year compressed into 31 days. It started in greece, which set the tone for everything - the clarity, the alone time, the okay, what do I actually want conversations that only seem to happen when you’re completely removed from your normal life.

Hard decisions were made. The kind you’ve been circling for a while but needed the right headspace to actually land on. About business, about coaching, about what stays and what doesn’t.

Because this year is about rebuilding. And doing it in ways that feel right and authentic.

It’s about remembering that I created the freedom to take client strategy calls from my hotel room, answer check-ins on the plane, or catch up on voice memos from a cafe in a new city —> & none of that feels like hustle to me. It feels like the whole point. It’s what I spent years and years building toward without always knowing that’s what I was building toward.

And let’s not forget about the endless foodie adventures, Bella time, eye masks, tennis lessons, and just enjoying time with the amazing ladies in my life šŸ„‚

Monday photo dump & three words from this weekend that have been on a loop in my head ever since…

—> Integrity over perception

Let me be honest with you about what perception has looked like for me…

In the past, I’ve trained for a body that photographs well instead of one that feels good to live in.

I’ve posted a meal that ā€œlooked balancedā€ when I was actually still hungry.

I’ve made content I didn’t feel aligned with because the strategy said it would convert.

I’ve built parts of my business that looked smart on paper and felt wrong in my body.

I’ve stayed quiet about pivots because I was scared of what the public version of changing my mind would cost me.

Integrity is the version of all of this that no one’s watching.

It’s training because I love being strong, not because the angle is flattering. It’s eating enough to feel like a person, even when ā€œenoughā€ doesn’t fit the aesthetic. It’s building a coaching business that fits my actual life instead of the one that would sound most impressive to others. It’s letting myself change my mind in public without performing the change.

I don’t want a body or a business that only looks right. I want a body and a business that are right ~ for me ~

And I promise you - chase that version of yourself, and watch how fast your life starts feeling like yours again. šŸ¤

Something I can’t stop thinking about since getting back: why do some women build things sustainably for years…and others hit a wall they never quite recover from?

Because I’ve watched both extremes up close.

The hustle version: you’re proud of being busy. Sleep is a personality flaw. You grind until your body literally forces you to stop…illness, burnout, a cortisol crash that takes months to recover from. You call it discipline. Your body calls it a threat.

The soft life version: rest is the whole identity. Boundaries around everything, output optional. It looks beautiful on the internet. But somewhere underneath there’s often avoidance dressed up as alignment.

Neither is actually freedom.

What I’ve been slowly learning - and what Greece made undeniable, is that your nervous system isn’t separate from your ambition.

It is your ambition.

A regulated system thinks clearer, decides faster, creates better, and recovers quicker.

So what is the third option?

It looks like this: you still do the work. You still have the drive. But you stop wearing exhaustion like a badge and start treating your energy like the asset it actually is. Regulated, grounded, and building from a full cup…not an empty one. šŸ¤

Foodie photo dump so far from eating my way through Greece (and not overthinking a single moment)

I used to be one of two people on trips…either super strict
or ā€œI’ll deal with it when I get homeā€

No middle ground 🫣

…what changed wasn’t the trip, it’s what I did before it.

I’ve taken years to build unbreakable habits and standards for myself that I actually stick to so I don’t feel like I need to flip a switch when I travel.

I just… eat the food, drink the wine, & wake up still feeling like myself.

✨ no guilt
✨ no ā€œgetting back on trackā€
✨ no starting over Monday

Here’s the part everyone skips…

We want to feel confident on the trip but we don’t build the lifestyle that makes it feel easy.

None of this is about being perfect, it’s about not losing yourself the second life gets fun šŸ‘šŸ¼

✨ 10k steps before noon
✨ Freddo cappuccino in hand (quickly learned how to order my iced coffee here)
✨ Doing a food tour all over town because that’s what I do best on trips

Even with it being a national holiday (a lot of places are closed) and a ferry strike causing my boat to Mykonos not to leave the port…we’re making the best of it šŸ˜…

Weekend recap and first post of the year…just a lit bit late

Couldn’t ask for a better weekend really. If you know me, you know I’m a big foodie šŸ‘‹šŸ¼šŸ£ā€¦and blending my fitness with that has become been a top priority for me the last few years. I’ve got some pretty exciting goals for 2026, so I cannot wait to show you guys what the disciplined side looks like, while saying yes and STILL living my life.

This year is also about growing relationships that don’t feel forced or exhaust my nervous system. has showed me how important this is for my personal + professional goals & I’m so damn thankful we have eachother in Austin šŸ‘Æ

Anddd…how else would I start off the year other than seeing one of my favorite DJ’s? Mildly sleep deprived going into the week, but honestly feeling clearer than ever about what and who I want in my life moving forward 🩶

2025 took some wild turns I definitely didn’t see coming…

I never thought I’d be ending the year back in Austin, but I’m so incredibly happy that I am šŸ«¶šŸ»

There were moments of doubt, huge decisions, a little bit of chaos…

But this year was certainly full of great memories šŸ‘‰šŸ» tons of fun travel, celebrating my birthday in Miami, getting my hormones in check, lifts feeling so damn good again, coffee walks that turned into long talks, having the best clients I could ask for, amazing foodie adventures, late night edm shows, road tripping back across the country, moving back into my house….and that’s not even the half of it.

2026….let’s just say I’m ready for whatever plot twist shows up next 😌
