I just wanted to reach out and say thank you to Donald Schneider and Brittani Goin for working so hard and putting on a Great Chisholm Trail Roundup and BBQ Cookoff. I also want to thank all of you for coming out and supporting Hullabaque and Lockhart CTR. Hullabaque walked away with the 1st Place Showmanship award for our setup.... We treated our guest with Margaritas, Brisket, Ribs, and Sausage which was donated by our sponsor Texas Sausage Company and owner Scott Fiebig
