Trauma Muay Thai Muay Thai and Kickboxing in north Austin/Cedar Park. Coach Tramell has 20+ years of combat sports experience, and trains beginners and pros alike.

Amarillo Muay Thai is a local martial arts gym inside Ravage CrossFit. We specialize in striking, but offer mixed martial arts competition training as well. Muay Thai classes are taught by Kru Chris Tramell, who has over 20 years experience in various disciplines.

Everyone that moves on to advanced classes and then competition must be able to demonstrate their knowledge of each focus area, so don't miss the fundamentals classes each week! The team is really becoming a unit. We recently got Mik back from Colorado and it turns out he's the perfect sparring partner for .t._conway The rounds with these two were bananas, and yesterday brought glimpses of Victor's potential as well. I usually let the guys take a week easy after a fight, but half of those who fought in Dallas last weekend have already been back in the gym every day this week. There's an extra bit of motivation and a high coming off a fight, and it seems a lot of people makes strides in skill during the weeks after.....if they get right back to work. Next is the TBA World Championships June 22-26 in Iowa and I'll be taking a team. Then we have the Texas Muay Thai Championships in Houston Jul 9th, but can't say who just yet. Exciting stuff!! .

Taking .t._conway and up to Dallas tomorrow to see what this smoker is about. All 3 guys have muay thai or kickboxing matchups, and we're looking to chase some rounds. 💯🙏🥊💥 My plan this year is to have one of the most active teams around, and these guys are a good example of the blueprint for getting fights - They train consistently and are ready when opportunities arise. The pictures are in no particular order, but I'm excited to say we have a few more gyms jumping on board for our muay thai community sparring tomorrow at 12pm at Cooper MMA! Trauma MT, Ambush MT, CBT Muay Thai, and The Old Guard Thai Boxing are all in! We will have a group preparing for a Dallas smoker next weekend, two ladies getting ready for the Worlds Qualifier in Denver, and a few training for the next Texas Muay Thai Championship in March. Our goal is to create a safe atmosphere for technical muay thai and kickboxing work, and the absolute best gyms/teams around are joining us! PM me for info, otherwise see you at Coopers tomorrow!
