Between celebrating birthdays, babies, and the gratitude for every day’s blessings this month allowed me to remember fully why I love doing what I do as a coach!
Gathering to connect IRL with 4 of my longtime clients really brought me back to my “why”
Not to mention what it was like to see them embody their truest selves and celebrate their hard work with the one and only and having my very own photoshoot experience, too
One big thing you didn’t see this month?
A nice big fat menty B 🫠🤣 driven by a collision of increased stress + luteal phase hormones + traveling without my husband - y’all it all knocked me fully on my ass in the days leading up to my Canada trip!
So this month I finally did something about the resurfaced flight anxiety and got myself into .thepilot Fly Without Fear course and it has already helped me SO much!
Sharing to remind you that while I love sharing the highs, I have my lows too 🙋🏻♀️
And on that note, you know what’s NOT currently low? My carbs 🥖
Reverse dieting has me up to nearly 300g carbs with driving this damn train to the promised land - aka a long stretch WITHOUT dieting and maintaining/enhancing the progress I’ve made in this season ❤️🔥
