Something HOT just landed in the gym courtesy of Merach and this not your normal rower. The new R60N may be the new best rower on the market. Period.

What makes this rower so unique? Merach changed their approach on the rower by incorporating air & magnetic resistance to provide the hardest workers up to 45% more resistance than your traditional rower.

This is accomplished by having the settings 8-10 to turn the magnets on to force harder resistance while setting 1-7 will provide traditional air resistance through the dampers.

The R60N also sports a new sleek unique design given it premium look, feel, and function. The design of the new monorail gives it a fantastic appeal.

We connected with RitFit · Fitness Equipment to showcase their M2 Pro 3D in our gym. We were particularly interested in testing and showcasing the 3D Smith machine, so we moved equipment around to make room for a 2nd rack in the gym.

Because the rack sits at an 86.1 inch height, it made for perfect clearance of the garage door.

Our first impression is this seems like a solid 2.36 x 2.36 13 gauge steel frame but we'll put it to the test in the next coming weeks.

Also in the line up is the Gator Bench and first impression is it made me give it a 2nd look into my initial thoughts when it first came oout.

How will these products do in our upcoming review is the question.

We'll be doing an unboxing and first impression video soon.

No more fights with the Climate with the Cozeware mini split unit. I bought the 2023 model off Amazon because the price was hard to pass up and only $100 more than what I spent on a portable ac. I should have done this along time ago.

The Cozeware comes recharged so mo HVAC is needed unless you need assistance for a vacuum. This unit is a 12000 BTU 115v 600 watts unit. It covers up to 750 sq ft and can be smart connected.

We got our hands on one of GMWD Fitness Lava Flow cardio series machine the RM02 rower and at $499 this is one machine to look out for. But is it the right one for you?
