And using Rorman Strength amazing Wholly Handles.

Planning on making a lever arm hack video to show some crazy unorthodox ways to use lever arms. Watch out for that video soon.

Got some barbell work in. I dont lift often but wanted to get some sets in.

Today's setup

Grip Enhancer. Outstanding alternative to messy chalk. Insane grip feel
flat bench and low profile spotter arms and flat bench. This bench felt great.

Just added the Echo Strength Depot abduction adduction machine to the arsenal and this thing is a solid beast! 11 gauge steel. 260 lbs. Max load capacity of 500 lbs and 350 lbs user weight. Echo Strength is an underrated company. just got better
