I've been thinking a lot about entrepreneur wellness lately.
Not just physical wellness, but the overall wellbeing of entrepreneurs.
Many of us leave corporate jobs because we want more freedom, more flexibility, and more control over our lives. But then we accidentally build businesses that leave us just as overwhelmed as the jobs we left behind.
One of the biggest contributors to entrepreneur burnout isn't a lack of productivity.
It's a lack of leverage.
Your revenue model shapes how much time, energy, and attention your business demands from you. It influences whether you're constantly chasing your next sale or building predictable income. Whether you're spending your days in meetings or creating assets that can scale beyond your time.
In this video, I share some of the lessons I've learned from building Mostly Well, including what has worked (and what hasn't) when it comes to memberships, courses, group programs, B2B services, and AI-powered systems.
The goal isn't just to make more money.
It's to build a business that supports the life you actually want to live.
