Training being simple does NOT equal easy.
I see so many people go into the gym aimless and confused.
Am I going to do the “ab burner 3000” or “gym workouts for guys with 4in kneecaps and vegan”
There is so much out there but, the problem is most of these programs “push the cart before the horse”
How HARD are you pushing yourself when you do workout?
This is one of the first things you need to ask yourself if you’re confused about what to do.
Simple does not mean easy!
