We’re so excited to have Will as part of the ALIGN fam at ALIGN Sawyer Yards in Houston 🤍 With several years of teaching experience, he brings a thoughtful and grounded presence to our studio community.

Will’s teaching style honors classical Pilates while incorporating fluid transitions and a strong sense of flow. His classes are dynamic, intentionally sequenced, and designed to feel both effective and enjoyable. His goal is for you to leave feeling empowered, stronger, and more connected to your body, with a deeper sense of control and confidence in your movement.

We’re sure you’ve seen Kyra’s friendly face at the Front Desk at ALIGN East 🤍 and now she’s officially stepping into a new role as an instructor at ALIGN East – Springdale. We’re so excited to have her teaching and sharing her passion with our community.

Kyra fell in love with Pilates after experiencing firsthand how it can transform both your body and your mindset. Expect clear cues, thoughtful challenges, and classes that feel intentional, approachable, and empowering. Her goal? For you to leave feeling grounded, strong, and mentally reset.
