For a long time, I struggled with inner critics, anxiety, not being enough, perfectionist, co-dependency, people-pleasing, and even alcohol addiction.

I was operating in survival response and tried different coping mechanisms, but nothing seemed to work in the long term.

We can't heal by thinking our way out, either by suppressing, numbing, or running away.
The only way is through. 🪞

Most of us focus on treating the symptoms of our issues, but true healing comes from understanding and addressing the underlying root cause.

It wasn't until I started diving through somatic healing, therapy, plant medicines, breathwork, and self-inquiry.🧘🏽‍♀️

I've learned that most of our issues -physical and emotional, were all rooted in our childhood experiences.

By practicing, being honest with ourselves, learning to face our emotions, being present and listening to our body, regulating our nervous system, and integrating all the lessons, we could complete the process of releasing old patterns and making space for new growth.🦋

It hasn't been easy, and there have been moments of discomfort and uncertainty.

But as I continue to heal and integrate, I feel more empowered and authentic than ever🌸

I'm grateful for the journey and excited to facilitate and support others. ❤️

⁉️Do you feel like you have tried it all, but feel stuck  in the same pattern?
 
Kinda like.. you have no clue why your past keeps repeating itself and can't seem to move through it? .. leading to overwhelm and disappointment?
 
If so, I GET IT. I know how it truly feels… and I want to let you know why this happens:
 
🧠Our brain loves familiarity and comfort because it has one rule: to keep us SAFE.
To be alive on the planet and protect us so we won't be hurt again.
 
So anything new that we do is going to feel unfamiliar, and if we don’t consciously bring awareness to this, it can end up stopping us from moving forward.
 
This is precisely why we can feel at times that we are on our own way and procrastinating.
 
🛑Our CONSCIOUS MIND is only running the show 5% time  - this is our logical, analytical brain, where decisions, actions, willpower, short term memory lies. It's like the desktop on the computer that you see.
 
🛑While our SUBCONSCIOUS MIND is running the show 95% of the time - this is like the CPU of a computer, where our involuntary thoughts, emotions, beliefs, memories, habits, patterns, values, fears, triggers, and instincts lie.
 
🔥Our subconscious experience creates beliefs that drive our thoughts and behaviors that can be self limiting and even self destructive. These dictate the limits we can achieve personally and professionally because of our past experiences.
 
This is why it's not enough to rely on Insights, positive thinking, motivation, good intention, and willpower alone.
 
✅To make a lasting change we must reprogram our subconscious mind. It’s not always easy work, but it is so, so worth it.

The 3 most common limiting beliefs that hold us back from creating a life we truly love to live 👇🏾
1. I am not good enough.
2. I don't have time.
3. I don't deserve this.

Which of these are you still holding onto at this moment?

⚡️Cause lovey, It's time to let go of this old story that’s no longer serving you.

I know it can be hard. Most of us have spent years or even decades attached to it.

Believe me, I have been there, too.

📼And I know it's not fun to have these inner stories repeating like a broken cassette tape
holding you back.. when you know you meant for so much more.

🌈I’m here to remind you that all these thoughts and feelings are not yours.

They are limiting beliefs that have been programmed from our childhood, caretakers,
society, culture and past experiences…
.telling us what’s good or bad, right or wrong.

And I know you’re ready to release these stories to own your emotions on a whole new level
and live a life you truly love.🌟

The way to do this is by continually leaning into the inner work, being patient, showing
yourself compassion,
and most importantly – through self love.💖

🦋It's time to change that story to I am more than enough, I have all the divine time, and I am
so worthy of the life that is waiting for me to say yes.

💥The real truth on my healing journey.

It has not been easy in the past years but it has been freakin worth it.

I've learned to be brutally honest with myself, in my life and my reality.

🛑I had struggled with severe acne no matter what medications I took. It never helped.
🛑I struggled with abdominal pain and was admitted to the emergency center 3 times in just a year.
🛑Broke my leg, operated with 4 screws, haven't walked in 6 months.

👉🏾My body was screaming, It was calling me to go deeper within myself.

💡The truth is that it was untreated trauma.
That was all the buried, the past wounds, and abuses that have been repressed for decades.
It was like a volcano that erupted.

🌈Now as a Rapid Transformation Therapy Practitioner I've learned that the feeling that cannot find its expression in tears causes other organs to weep and it will have a big impact on physical health.

Any unprocessed emotional baggage we had or the past wounds that we are still carrying it consciously or unconsciously will somehow affect the way we think, the way we see the world, our well being, our relationship to others and most importantly it is stuck on our body that makes us sick.

The sad thing we have been taught - feeling our emotions are weak, we've been told to suck it up or to bury our pain and feeling instead. The only way is thought, to unpack and release.
HOW? :
1. Acknowledging
2. working through trauma / shadow work
3. Movement

✅The mind and body are not separate. What affects one affects the other.

👉🏾This is the reason why I do what I do now because my healing is not only for myself, but also healing our generations, others and to the world.

🌈True healing is from inside out when we take care not only of our emotional, mental, physical but as well as our soul that needs to be addressed.

My healing journey doesn't all happen overnight.

✅It was me being willing to face and sit in the most painful and uncomfortable times.

✅It was me doing the inner work when no one's watching.

✅It's investing in myself, coaches and therapists over and over again.

🌈Healing doesn't mean the damage never existed. It means the damage no longer controls your life. It is the ability to acknowledge events, circumstances in our lives, and it's a lifelong process.

It doesn't mean there's an ending nor destination.

It can be messy and mostly never linear. It's ok to fall back as long as you keep moving forward.

But if you haven't started on exploring in the healing space, this is your sign to just start.

🦋Whatever, maybe you have been avoiding its time to stop running, instead be brave to face it, to feel to heal. It can be your ticket to the true freedom that you've been looking for your whole life.

This is your one and only life, you deserve for a deep long lasting change. You deserve to be free. Let your pain be your greatest teacher.

I know I'm far more perfect and still have areas I need healing with but my pain and suffering lead me to my inner peace and true inner freedom.✨

👉🏾When we have been hurt we learn to shut ourselves to protect us so we won't be hurt again.

We do everything we can to sabotage ourselves and even hurt others unconsciously or consciously.

It is our basic survival mechanism as human beings, it is essential to keep us safe.

🌈That's why I believe healing our past wounds is so important to each of us because pain is inevitable.

We must not allow our past wounds to transform us to someone we are not or fear our future.

Every pain we went through are beautiful lessons that this life experiences is teaching us it's not a punishment.

💫It's a signal to go within.

Avoiding nor resisting won't help, instead turn pain into power because it is our path to personal growth, mastery and strength.

In every pain we go through we have a choice to say:

❌Why is happening to me but instead we can reframe to

✅What is life trying to teach me???

It's time to release the suppressed emotions that have been stuck with you up until this moment.

👉🏾Stressed, Anxiety, Depressed and
Negative Inner Critics. It’s a hard game.

Sometimes it's so easy to pretend and carry on with our daily lives, pretending that everything is ok.

But at the end of the night when you're lying in your bed, you want to scream because you're so tired of everything.

❤️But you know deep down in your heart that there's a better way of living and thinking.

Behind the doors, you are trapped in your own looping negative thoughts.

You feel no one understands you or you can't connect to anyone.

You wanted to create real change but it seems so impossible.

You feel stuck and wanna get rid of the hamster wheel emotions.

You feel like you have tried everything but you end up sabotaging yourself.

You feel overwhelmed so you stop trying.

💭You ask yourself,

Why am I in this situation, why am I always like this? Why me?

You know, deep down inside what you need to do, but you're not doing it.

You avoid and you stay in your comfort zone.

You end up judging and hating yourself.

You feel nothing is enough and you will never be enough to anyone or anything you do.

And you feel like the whole world is against you.

I get it,

In fact I battled this for most of my life.

🌈And here's what I've learned.

You as a human being are full of thoughts and emotions.

You are more than your thoughts & emotions.

You are more than enough to whatever you label yourself as.

What happened to you will never define who you truly are.

You are stuck on your past thoughts and you’re worrying so much in the future that never even happened yet.

Just keep coming home to yourself. You are the one you've been waiting for.

-I used to believe that it's a place or with the person, or with family that I can call home. But the more I explored my life through flying and living around the world, it taught me that the real home is within you.

Taking the leap 2 years ago to live in Hawaii was the best decision I ever made. Without it, I wouldn't have found my passion and purpose.

Many told me that I was crazy, questioning my dreams and my capability to make it all happen. They also told me to lower my standards many times by the people I respect and love.

No matter how hard,
no matter how scary,
no matter how many people disagreed with me.
I stood still and continued to make it happen.

Yes they were right , It wasn't easy.
There were a lot of rainy seasons but as much rainbows throughout it, but indeed a wonderful once in a lifetime experience.
It was where I lost everything but found everything, It brought me home to me.

It taught me to let go of the need to control,
to ride the wave of life.
It showed me the magic of life that beyond our naked eyes can see.
It taught me to open my heart to a life of liberation, being free to follow my soul's desires.
It taught me to be still,
to find peace in uncertainty.
to hold on to my faith in the darkest times,
to handle whatever life throws at me.
and no matter what the universe/source/god has always had back.

Most importantly I found strangers that became my family that fully accepted me and showed real love when I was at my lowest.

Mahalo Hawaii and to all the beautiful souls that I met through my journey (you know who you are) I'm truly thankful beyond words.

I have one life to live and i'm not wasting it so
Now I'm ready for my next destination to unfold.

wherever life will take me,

Take a moment to let that in.
Yes, nobody can hurt you
without your permission.

👉🏾Somehow, somewhere, we all have been hurt by others whether we knew it consciously or unconsciously.

It had stuck on us for a short period of time or even longer,
some even still stay inside
of us up until this moment.
The words and thoughts engrave through our bones that when we remember,
still has energy charged that
we know we are still holding on.
It seems like when we think of it we relive it. We try to shake it off but it seems
it's repeating all over again.
This leads to suffering, that affects our day to day lives that most of us are not willing to look or admit.

Sometimes it's easier said than done.
And it's so easy to get blinded
with our own emotions
and it's easier to blame
others for their actions.

As what they say hurt people hurt people.
So as when you heal you heal others, the world and the next generations.

This invites us to do the inner work when we take full responsibility of our life instead of blaming or being a victim instead see where it reveals where we are not free.

When we feel hurt, it’s because there's a story and narrative that plays in our head, it's not the words that someone said or did to us that stuck or shaken us.
It's our own unexamined thoughts that hurt us.
It's the words we tell ourselves and the thoughts attached to it.
Whether it's true or not, you will never know until you inquire.
You have the power within you to not let it in.

So I invite you to do the inquiry of every situation you feel hurt and investigate.

💭Who would you be without this thought?

When you do this inquiry you take ownership with your life and you free yourself from your own mental prison .

So remember No one can hurt you, that is your job.✨
