The 6th Annual Holiday Run Crew is now open, and I've aptly renamed is The Holiday *Regulated* Crew, because that's what I want to invite you to prioritize this season.

Office parties, festive soirees, & family gatherings become relaxed moments to celebrate and enjoy (not events you have to dread or feel like you have perform at.)
Your list of 10-207ish Holiday Things To Do become ways to connect, share, and express yourself (not things between you and calm rest.)
All because you *experience yourself* as happy, active, interested, loving, & loveable
Remember: running is always your arena to practice the values and qualities you want to cultivate outside of running, too.
