At some point every season, the ball stops rolling.
The lights turn off.
The jerseys get folded up for the last time.
And all that’s left are the moments.
The early mornings.
The long practices.
The games where everything clicked — and the ones where it didn’t.
The lessons, the laughter, the frustration, the growth.
This team never stopped showing up for each other.
They fought through adversity.
They pushed each other to be better.
And most importantly, they learned what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves.
To our seniors — thank you for the leadership, the standards, and the example you set for everyone who will wear this jersey after you. You helped build the culture of this program.
To the entire team — I couldn’t be more proud of the way you represented Hays, your teammates, and this program.
The season ends.
But the impact you had on each other lasts forever.
