Last month, Layla had the honor of bringing a beautiful baby girl into the world as a surrogate!
I’ve been supporting so many moms lately with safe, mindful movement all the way through their third trimester into postpartum.
It’s been incredible to witness how those who practiced Pilates before birth feel more connected and supported during their postpartum journey.
The Pilates I teach is part of a whole-body pelvic health system.
And nope, you will not find Kegels here!
The goal is to train your pelvic floor to be responsive, so it can lengthen to let that Bebe out and contract when you don’t want to p*e your pants! 🫣
