My job has never been about me, it’s always been about creating space for you.
For 50 minutes, you get to step out of your head and into your body. To move with intention, to focus on how you feel, and to reconnect with yourself without distraction. A moment where nothing else matters except your breath, your alignment, and the way your body shows up for you.
I guide each class with the intention of helping you feel grounded, strong, and supported, meeting yourself exactly where you are, without judgment.
Because movement isn’t just physical, it’s where confidence is built, where you learn to trust yourself again, and where self-love begins.
