Helix Elite Performance honors the life and legacy of a true leader in sports performance and volleyball, Glen Lietzke.
Behind many successful organizations are individuals whose vision, trust, and commitment make growth possible. Early in Helix Elite Performance’s journey, Glen recognized the potential of our mission and opened the doors of his facility, providing the foundation for what would become a long-standing partnership. His experience, standards, and belief in developing athletes the right way helped shape our early success.
That shared commitment led to Helix Elite Performance becoming the Official Speed, Agility, and Quickness provider for Austin Junior Volleyball—an organization Glen passionately built to give young athletes and families the highest opportunities for success. Seventeen years later, Glen continued to play a meaningful role in Helix Elite Performance, serving as the strength and conditioning provider for Austin’s League One Volleyball 2025 Championship team.
Glen consistently represented championship integrity, character, and heart. His influence on athletes, coaches, and organizations will be felt for generations.
We extend our deepest condolences to the Lietzke family and all those whose lives were shaped by Glen’s leadership and vision. His legacy will continue to live on through the athletes and programs he helped build.
