Can You Make the WhataKick?

MavNation, join us this Thursday, October 1, as McNeil JV Football takes on Cedar Ridge at 5:30 p.m., and stay for the excitement of the Whataburger WhataKick Challenge at halftime!

One student or fan will be selected at random to attempt a 30 yard field goal for a chance to win a $20 Whataburger gift card. Sign up near the home entrance beginning at 4:55 p.m. Entries close at the end of the first quarter.

The McNeil Majestics and Cheer will help bring the energy with a rally towel entrance and crowd towel wave immediately before the kick. Whataburger rally towels and free burger coupons will also be available while supplies last.

As our Freshman and JV teams prepare to play Lake Travis today, and our Varsity teams prepare to meet tomorrow, we want the Lake Travis Football Program and community to know: MavNation stands with you.

Our teams may be competitors on the field, but we are one football community. Our hearts hurt for Odin Hensley’s family, teammates, coaches, classmates, friends, and everyone whose life he touched. We send our deepest condolences, love, and support as the Lake Travis community mourns this heartbreaking loss.

Those who would like to help can support the Hensley family by donating to or sharing their GoFundMe:
