Iron paradise

Went from being a kid that only wanted big arms and abs to being 90lbs heavier. Learned a lot, failed many times but still made my way back to this place.

5 movements ⬇️
-Barbell Rows
-Isolated Lat Pulldown
-Neutral Grip Seated Row
-Pronated Cable Row
-Straight Arm Pulldown (not shown)

3 Working Sets
1 Top Set

For your working sets it should be difficult enough for where you should struggle to hit 10 reps. If you hit 10 reps increase that weight. My top set is usually a set I sacrifice some form but it allows me to pull some heavy weight for a set of 6-8 reps. Additionally adding the top set to the end of the working set allows me to prevent myself from getting injured.

Sometimes you gotta take a chance and see what happens. You won't grow if you don't try, and you'll always wonder what could've been. It's okay to doubt yourself, but don't give up, those tough times will make you stronger in the end.
