​ WBDG Wishes is going to serve as a Foundation which will be funded in part by the World's Biggest Disc Golf Weekend which was started by John Houck in 1991. The event took a hiatus for 10 years and will be hosted worldwide in 2025. From 1991 to 2014, Events were organized around th

e world to introduce disc golf to those who had not played and it became a worldwide CELEBRATION OF DISC GOLF! The event was held on the first weekend in May each year and will continue to be hosted each year on that weekend starting in 2025. In 2024, we are developing this Foundation to become a Foundation which will support disc golfers with disc golf wishes (serious medical condition or terminal illness) and in other ways through course design services. We will be fundraising by selling custom discs and other fund-raisers.

IMPORTANT NEWS. Worlds Biggest Disc Golf Wishes will operate as part of a private company. It is no longer pursuing a non-profit status. No money was donated by anyone in 2025. Moving forward, a portion of the profit from disc sales by manufacturers/partners will be given back to some of the hosts of the events as prizes (baskets & discs) or opportunities to fund in-part course restoration or course design. More details soon.

2025 Event discs are ready for sale and wholesale to event hosts. If you want to host, please let us know and mesdage us from the website so we can add you to the list of hosts so you can qualify for prizes at the end. Email us and we will send you all the info so you can easily register as a host for this year. Time is running out. Do it asap!

WBDGW has been owned by Circular Productions, LLC and a portion of the profits were donated to local and national non-profits. Disc Golf Clubs participated by hosting a tournament and used our merchandise in the players packs. Events were organized around the world to introduce disc golf to those who had not played it became a worldwide CELEBRATION OF DISC GOLF! The event was held on the first weekend in May each year and was created by John Houck. This year we are developing this group into one which will support disc golfers in need (medical or disaster) and in other ways through course design services. Stay tuned for updates. We will be fundraising by selling custom discs and other fund-raisers. The focus will be to match disc golf wishes from around the world from players grown and small. We will help those affected by disaster or illness. We will promote the game to children, women, families, students, and seniors. We will host fund-rasiers and give to those who are in need.
