In 2008 we tested our project of a captured weight loss program and it worked! We had two amazing women who participated in our test program, and they achieved numbers both of them, never thought they could achieve. They lost an average of 1 point in cholesterol and 1 point in pounds a day. Not only does this have a fitness component to the program it also has a life component. In this program we
do more than working out. We understand a profound understand of ourselves. We do this through life coaching, counselling and many educational classes such as cooking and metal preparedness. Some of the activities we do are everything from hiking, frisby playing, swimming, aerobics, walking, yoga, HITT, video game fitness programs, fellowship, racketball and more.
