Sponsorship needed
for the 49th Annual Waterloo Disc Golf Classic in Austin, TX, on October 16-18, 2026. The tournament will again benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas (RMH); last year’s donation to RMH was $11,100; and the tournament’s grand total over the years is now $211,743. Please consider supporting the event to help us raise more this year than last.

Basic sponsorship levels are:

A. For a sponsorship of $400 (cash) or $600 (merchandise), or more: your logo or name on the back of the official tournament shirt and on two tee-box signs (one on each course). Plus, you may display one of your banners at tournament headquarters. Your logo/name also will receive some online shout-outs and be added to the Sponsor List that will be displayed at the course and posted online.

B. For $300 - $399 (cash or merchandise): your logo/name on two tee-box signs (one on each course), you may display one of your banners at tournament headquarters, and inclusion on the Sponsor List to be displayed at the course and posted online.

C. For $150 - $299 (cash or merchandise): your logo/name on a tee-box sign (on one course), you may display one of your banners at tournament headquarters, and inclusion on the Sponsor List to be displayed at the course and posted online.

D. For up to $149 (cash or merchandise): your name on the Sponsor List to be displayed at the course and posted online.

49th Waterloo: When registration for everyone opens up tonight at 8pm, the spots will go fast! Maybe not quite Dude’s Dubs speed, but still really fast.

The best advice I can offer everyone trying to register is this: Speed is of the essence so have your Disc Golf Scene profile record already pre-set with as much of your info as possible: name, pdga #, phone #, email, preferred division (if you can), and maybe even your payment method (if you can).

Then… skip all the optional stuff when initially registering, including the mcc-note option, ace pot, etc. The only things required are name, pdga #, division, phone #, and email address, and of course the payment. This gets you through the process and paid as soon as possible and increases the chance you get in before it fills up. For all the rest of the stuff you skipped you can go to your confirmation email to access your registration record and then add in things like mcc-note or ace pot or any of the other choices and then make any supplemental payment needed.

49th Waterloo: one big Waitlist change this year: if a woman player cancels, we will offer her spot to the next woman on the Waitlist for that Pool, even if she is not first on that list.

Other Important Waitlist Info:

We have divided the divisions into 2 Pools, each one holding 90 players max: Pool A and Pool B
The Waitlist will be "by Pool" (not by division) and will all be done on Disc Golf Scene. It is FREE to register for the waitlist.

You can register for the waitlist in both pools, IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE for divisions in both (and are willing to play either division).
Example... IF MA1 and MA40 are in different pools and you are willing and able to play both, you can register for the waitlist in each pool: once in MA1 and once in MA40.

Because both waitlists usually get long quickly, we suggest you register first in your preferred division and then pick another division in the other pool and register there second.

If you do clear the waitlist in one of your divisions your choices are:
1) Accept that spot by paying for it, and that is where you will play (we will delete your other waitlist entry)
or
2) Decline that spot (cancel that entry) and then hope that your other waitlist entry clears. This can mean taking a chance that you won’t play at all. But if your other waitlist entry is now first or second in line and there are still a few weeks before the event, maybe it is worth the gamble to you to hope to play in your preferred division.
