Wendy & I regret to inform you that our collaborative Iron Phoenix Bootcamp classes are canceled.

As of October 1st, we will no longer be putting on these bootcamp classes.

We are sad to cancel these great group classes, but with an increase in gym rental fees, we just cannot afford to put on such a low cost event every week.

Thank you to everyone who has spent their Sunday mornings sweating it out with us! We have enjoyed being a part of this community of badass people.

Bad Days make GREAT workouts!!!!!

The rain did not stop them from showing up today!!
It’s was such an Awesome class! So many positive vibes and great energy all around!
