High level training.
Main aim is to create an all around footballer, who is able to make their own decisions on the pitch in a fun team environment.
📅 - Tuesdays & Thursdays - Katy, Houston, Texas - (a possibility of other training days).
💵- $25 per person, per session - (block booking in advance)
⏰- Session 1 - 5:30-7:00pm
🕰- Session 2 - 7:00-8:30pm
🤯- Training Focus - Match Scenarios
Fast Transitions, Attacking The Final 3rd, playing out from the back - (Zones 1/2/3) Passing Patterns - 3rd Man Runs - over laps, under laps, Offside trap - 1v1, 2v1, 3v2, attack vs defence.
🏃♂️ - Warm up
Motor Skills cognitive - fitness, speed & agility
Brain development, fast reactions, 1v1, quick decision making.
🗣- Technical:
Passing & receiving - patterns -unopposed / opposed - bounce / set pass, diagonal pass, through the lines, finishing, dribbling.
🧠- Tactical:
possessional - directional rondo - with purpose - positional play - Channel - zone development.
Game understanding, Break out, decision making, movement on / off / ahead of the ball.
🎓- SSG: Physiological:
Attack vs Defense
winning mentality, commitment, competitiveness.
👨👩👧👦 - SSG: Social:
Match Play
encouragement, work ethic, respect, communication on & off the ball as a team.
