I offer several practices of yoga,Restorative, i-Rest/Yoga Nidra, Yin and Chair Yoga for Seniors. I am also a Steward of Old Tibetan Bowls, which I do have available for sale. I also do Sound Therapy with the use of Himalayan Singing Bowls. Registered as a 500 ERYT through Yoga Alliancein both Hatha and Kundalini. Registered with theInternational association of Yoga Therapists. I have a large selection of Tibetan/Himalayan Bowls Available for Sale. All sizes and Chakras available.
