Anything we do (or what we don't do) shows up when we "do Pilates."
For example:
🍃Yard work (we spent 4+ hours prepping a bed, raking spring leaves, planting the day before I did this class)
💪Other exercise - I taught a Pumped Up Strength class before this. I am stronger for it; and, my body feels tighter. Some of these exercises feel harder.
Doing Pilates is different every time because our bodies are a little different every day.
