Since 1998, Total Speed & Fitness has conducted Speed & Agility camps every summer. That's 22 years! We have helped over a thousand athletes along the way. From athletes as young as 7 years old to athletes in middle school, high school, and college (and adults!)....we have improved their speed, agility, balance, coordination, conditioning, strength, and stability. I have personally seen the positive changes in many of these athletes' abilities in their sports, having attended many of their games/activities. I've seen many of them reach their goals; whether it was reaching a training goal, or making the team roster, or making it to playing in college.
I have had the opportunity to train athletes from most sports: football, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, volleyball, gymnastics, swimming, and....hockey.
I have always looked forward to my summer camps. From introducing the techniques of sprint running...to teaching agility ladder and mini hurdle exercises...to quickness with resistance training....watching these young athletes improve in 4 days has been a total JOY of mine.
The complications and challenges of Covid-19 have forced me to reconsider holding my summer camps. Out of concern for the safety of the campers and due to the uncertainty surrounding this crisis, it is with great sadness that I inform you that Total Speed & Fitness will NOT have Speed & Agility camps for Summer 2020.
I will continue to be available for personal training sessions during the summer. Once the parks are open and things settle down, I will be back at it. Let's see what these next few weeks look like.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I will miss seeing campers in June. But let's look forward to getting together for Speed & Agility camp in 2021!
