She’s almost ready for a 5k. It’s still a stop and go with her but she is getting better with a straight run. A tired dog is a happy dog right???🤔. @ 5 Mile Dam

Oh man!!! Look at those calves.... haha... • Running definitely helps my definition.... but with my surgeries, my right leg is still slightly smaller....sigh!!! •. 💪😜 here’s to everyone with previous injuries or something that may prevent them from gains....
