Six years ago, we opened our gym. We knew we wanted to help people get stronger, healthier & more confident. What we didn’t know was how much this journey would teach us.
We’ve experienced incredible highs & challenging lows. We were pushed to think bigger & plenty of moments that forced us to step back, learn, & grow. We’ve learned lessons about leadership, accountability, & what it really takes to create lasting change.
And if there’s one thing these six years have reinforced, it’s that change doesn’t happen because everything goes according to plan. It happens because you keep showing up when it doesn’t.
That’s true in business. It’s true in fitness. And it’s true in life.
It’s easy to be motivated when the scale is moving, the heavy weights are feeling lighter, your clothes fit differently, or you’re hitting goals you once thought were out of reach. But what about when progress stalls? When life gets busy? When tired, discouraged, or tempted to take a step back?
That’s when the real work happens.
It’s learning that nutrition isn’t about being perfect. It’s about building habits you can sustain. It’s understanding that one workout won’t change your life, but consistently showing up can. It’s realizing that winning isn’t about having a perfect week. It’s about making the next best decision, even when the last one wasn’t your best.
After all, winning is a conscious decision.
We talk about changing bodies, but the impact goes much deeper. It’s the confidence you build when you do something you didn’t think you could. The strength you gain physically & mentally. The accountability that keeps you moving forward. And the people beside you who remind you that you’re not alone.
To those who have trusted us with a piece of your journey, thanks for showing up, trusting us, encouraging one another, & allowing us to be part of something that matters far beyond just a gym.
As we celebrate this milestone, take a moment to celebrate your own. Think about where you started, how far you’ve come, & the person you’re becoming.
Thanks for being part of our story. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of yours.
Lead with love. Chase the change. Do it anyway.
