Stop by or stay after indoor cycling practice tonight for an hour long seminar from Lon Breitenbach the POWERBAR expert to speak about training and race day nutrition. We'll start the meeting at 7:30pm and will kick you out by 8:30. It's a short and sweet meeting to review what you did in Galveston or see if what you have planned out for Corpus is good to go. Also Ironrman athletes need to come out and take some notes for IMs: St Gerorge, Texas and CDA. T3 Training center is located 2401 Thornton Rd. 78704.

ATTENTION IRONMAN COZUMEL 2011 ATHLETES T3 is sponsoring a meet /great party for all the Austin participants of IM Cozumel. This is a great way for all of us to meet, get to know each other, talk about training, and most importantly cheer each other on during the big race. Seeing familiar faces on race day is a great way to calm the nerves. Please post on here if you are interested in coming out!!
