Meet Erikka Walor 🤍

There are teachers who guide a class, and then there are teachers who truly shape a space. Erikka is one of those people. Her presence at the studio has brought a steady, grounding energy that so many of you have come to rely on each week. The way she holds space, the care in her cueing, and the intention behind every class she teaches does not go unnoticed. We are deeply grateful to have her as part of this community.

Her classes invite you to slow down and really feel what you’re doing. To move with awareness, to connect breath to body, and to build strength in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. She creates an environment where everyone feels welcome, whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.

✨ Fridays with Erikka
🕤 9:30 AM: Infrared Warmed Slow Flow + Sound

This class is a warm, approachable, mixed-levels flow where movement is linked to breath at a steady, intentional pace. Expect less pressure on the wrists, more time in each shape, and thoughtful transitions that help you stay connected throughout.

The infrared heat adds a layer of therapeutic warmth, easing the body and helping muscles release more naturally. And to close, a mini sound bath with singing bowls brings everything into stillness… followed by a cold lavender towel that everyone looks forward to.

Beyond the class itself, Erikka has had a meaningful impact on the community here. She creates consistency, trust, and a space where people can return to themselves week after week. That kind of presence is rare, and we don’t take it for granted.

Join Natta Gonzalez for her signature Somatic Activated Healing™ experience, an immersive journey that blends meditation, breathwork, affirmations, and movement to help you reconnect with your body and release what you've been carrying.

This isn't about performance or perfect poses. It's about creating space to feel, move, express, and listen to what your body is asking for.

The evening concludes with a nourishing sound bath, giving your nervous system time to settle and integrate the experience.
