Just out here making friends with my shadow self :)
Running isn’t really my thing. I’m (very) slow, my face turns bright red, and usually my knee has an objection to the activity. But, I love the wind in my face and finding new trails and things to explore.
Today is the new moon in Ta**us, y’all ♉️. So, to ensure that the cosmic seeds I’m planting really take root, I wanted to practice remembering that I don’t have to be perfect to manifest all the good things I desire. You are enough. Say hi to your shadow today :)

While traveling, I love seeking out unique yoga studios! Today, I found a treasure at with 's breathtaking full moon 💫 inspired practice - absolute {sweaty} bliss 🙏🏼. And the quote by the door was just what I needed to hear this morning... maybe you do too? 🤯
