Join us next week for Throw It Back Thursdays with Siren! Expect high-energy static pole choreo to the hits from back in the day when we threw our hands in the air.

Expect quicker movements, pole-to-floor and floor-to-pole transitions, drops, and kips. The choreography is offered as a framework, and students are encouraged to make it their own!
