We offer a range of high quality services by experienced personal trainers that look at the whole person when it comes to their health and daily function. We specialize in functional training and lymphatic manipulation using premier training tools such as Move Strong and Power Plates. The use of functional movement exercise is a key component of what sets MPG Fitness apart from its competition. We are ahead of the curve in this area. We provide training for joint stability and mobility building on an individual’s fitness foundation to make sure their body works at its maximum efficiency. We provide a high quality supportive atmosphere that anyone is capable of utilizing. We offer high quality personal training on safe and effective gym equipment, the ability to educate our clients to be able to exercise by themselves or with a trainer, diet and financial help, better daily movement, stress relief and mental clarity.
