📣 Coaches & Players — Get Your Fall Schedules Out!

Make sure you’re sending your fall schedules to college coaches so they know which events and locations you’ll be attending this season.

Even if exact game schedules and times haven’t been released yet, sharing your tournament dates and locations gives college coaches the opportunity to plan ahead and know where they can potentially see you compete.

Be proactive. Stay visible. Create opportunities.

“I wish someone would’ve told 15-year-old me this.”

You are NOT behind.

Someone else being better than you right now doesn’t mean they always will be.

Someone committing before you doesn’t mean you’re failing.

Someone throwing harder, getting more attention, playing on the “better” team, or having more success doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you.

I wasted way too much energy comparing my path to everyone else’s.

And FAILURE? I thought failure meant I wasn’t good enough.

Now I know failure was probably one of the greatest teachers I ever had.

The bad games. Getting my ass kicked. Not being picked. Questioning myself. Feeling like everyone else was moving forward while I was standing still.

None of it meant I was behind.

I was becoming the athlete I needed to become.

I just wish I understood that at 15.

It’s one of the reasons I’ve written so much about the mental side of this game. I want young athletes to have some of the đŸ’© I didn’t have.

It’s September 1st for the Class of 2028 recruits!

Today marks the first day college softball coaches can begin contacting many players in the class of 2028.

For some athletes, today will bring calls and dreams beginning to unfold.

For others, today might feel quiet. If that’s you, don’t let silence make you question your value.

Run your race.
Don’t compare.

It’s okay to step away from social media today, this week, month, or even year- if that’s what your heart needs.

Hebrews 12:1 reminds us, Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, for you!

Keep showing up, keep growing, keep trusting.

The right opportunity in the right time is worth waiting for. You’re not behind. Keep your eyes on Him, trust the process, and know that He is writing a story greater than you can imagine. His ways are highest!

Today marks an exciting milestone for 2028 Outlaw Players as college coaches can officially begin recruiting communication!

As this recruiting period gets underway, remember that many college programs are still navigating the “5-for-5”, which may cause the recruiting process to move a little slower than in previous years.

Don’t let that discourage you.

If your phone doesn’t ring today, it does not mean your opportunity isn’t coming. Recruiting is a process, and every program operates on its own timeline.

Continue working hard, communicating with coaches, staying visible, and trusting the process. Your moment may be right around the corner!

đŸ„Ž DON’T MISS THIS COLLEGE EXPOSURE OPPORTUNITY! đŸ„Ž

Last year’s camp was an incredible success, giving players valuable exposure and the opportunity to work directly with college coaches!

This is one of the final opportunities to get in front of Division I coaches before the recruiting dead period, when D1 coaches will be unable to recruit off campus again until June 2027.

⭐ Approximately 6:1 player-to-college coach ratio to maximize individual exposure, interaction, and instruction.

⭐ Coaches from NCAA Division I, II, and III programs will be represented, giving athletes the opportunity to connect with programs at a variety of levels.

⭐ Limited spots available! Keeping our numbers low allows us to provide a high-quality experience and meaningful interaction between players and college coaches.

Our full list of attending college coaches will be announced soon!
