Coach Cai began training at age 5 and went on to study martial arts, Health Qigong, and sports science at Hebei Normal University. Originally from Houston, TX, Jasper began training under Shaolin Master Shi Xing Ying in 1996. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he deepened his practice through exchanges with martial artists around the world. Today, he is a head coach at 7 Star Dragon Lion Dance Team, teaching traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Lion Dance with passion and precision.

A U.S. Army veteran and student of Grandmaster Shawn Liu (Shi Deru), Sebastian blends Shaolin Kung Fu, Sanda, and modern martial arts. With teaching experience in both military and civilian contexts, his focus is helping students gain confidence, skill, and resilience through authentic practice.
