For the amount of stuff I carry around with my for lessons it’s always nice to have a multi use tool 👏🏼 I’ve used some sort of knee pad since I was even pitching as a kid! The link for this one is in my bio under “Softball List” or “Softball Specific Strength Tools”. For a sure a nice upgrade compared to the gardening mat I used to have 😂👏🏼🥎

This month’s spotlight shines on a pitcher who defines hard work, resilience, and dedication: Maddy!

Maddy shows up to every lesson and strength training session with a mindset built for success. She never backs down from a challenge, never complains, and always pushes herself to be better—both on the mound and in the gym. Her commitment goes beyond just showing up; she puts in the extra work outside of lessons, knowing that true progress happens in the details.

Over the last year, she has gained 11 mph—going from 31 mph to 42 mph! That kind of progress doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of relentless effort, consistency, and trusting the process every step of the way.
