The Meraki Method

The Meraki Method is a thoughtfully designed approach to movement that combines the foundational pillars of fitness with the precision and intention of Pilates.

Every class is built upon proper alignment, intentional breathwork, body awareness, and functional movement patterns designed to support everyday life.

Unlike larger studios, we don’t teach to a level—we teach to the individual.

With only six reformers per class, our instructors are able to provide personalized coaching, modifications, and support that help every client move safely and effectively.

Every instructor is trained in the Meraki Method to ensure a consistent experience rooted in education, encouragement, and excellence.

Most importantly, movement at Meraki is never about keeping up with the person next to you.

It’s about becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident in your own body.
