Aurora 88s Roller Derby is seeking new recruits for our Fall Sidekick Program! Info night is for those interested in skating on the team as well as referees, off-skate officials/volunteers (18+), and Sponsorship opportunities.

Join us Sunday September 13 at 8 pm for Info Night where you will learn about roller derby, our team, the Sidekick Program, and Sponsorship!

If you have quad skates and gear, please bring them with you. We will not be gearing up but we can check that your gear is safe for the first practice. If you don't, we'll talk all about what you need for the first practice.

-Knee pads
-Elbow pads
-Wrist guards
-Mouthguard

If you can't make it to Info Night, please feel free to come to our first practice Tuesday, September 15th, doors at 7:30pm.

What a bout! The Aurora 88s faced off against our friends the Prairieland Punishers Roller Derby, in a head on bout at our home rink. Both teams persevered through the heat, with big smiles to show for it! (Seriously look at those happy skaters.) Thank you for making the drive to us, we appreciate you.

What a weekend we had! Following our fun (and intense!) bout Saturday we took Sunday to relax as a team during our league party at the lake... if by relaxing you mean beach volleyball, kayaking, rafting and more! 🏐🛶🚤
