The Aurora Lions 11th Annual Memorial Golf Tournament is coming in hot on September 19 at Honey Creek Golf Club, and we want YOU on the course!
Registration kicks off at 7 AM, tee‑off at 8 AM, and lunch is on us — so bring the energy and bring your team!
This isn’t just a tournament… it’s a mission. Every swing, every putt, every drive helps us support vision assistance and vital community needs right here at home.

🌅 Starting today, September 1st, we will not be renting carts out after 6:00 pm. That also means you can not start the back 9, after playing the front 9, after 6:00 pm. Not enough time to finish before dark🤩 🌅

🍂🏌️‍♂️ HONEY CREEK FALL COUPLES / CO-ED LEAGUE 🏌️‍♀️ 🍂

We’re excited to announce our Fall Couples League! This league will run for 8 weeks, beginning the second weekend of September and continuing through Halloween weekend. 🎃

This league will be a little different from our past Couples Leagues!

👫 2-Person Teams
🏌 9 Hole Matches
⛳ Alternate Shot
📅 8-Week League
🏆 Tournament Play
🥇 Multiple Flights

Teams must consist of one male and one female. Weeks 1–6 will be the regular season, with teams competing to earn their seeding for the tournament. After Week 6, flights will be made and teams will be placed into the tournament bracket based on their regular-season standings. The final two weeks (Weeks 7 and 8) will be tournament play! Every match is 9 holes. Handicaps will be established after Week 2.

Instead of having matches on one specific day and time, teams will have the flexibility to play their match anytime Friday–Sunday each week. For Weeks 7 and 8 during tournament play, teams are able to play the rounds whenever they would like, during the week or weekend.

Each team is responsible for:
1️⃣ Contacting your weekly opponent
2️⃣ Finding a tee time that works for both teams
3️⃣ Calling the Clubhouse to book that tee time

We’ll wrap up the league with an end-of-season banquet dinner at the clubhouse to celebrate the season and crown our Fall Couples League regular season champions and tournament champions!
